Years of GoToAssist customer feedback has revealed that organizations have very diverse support needs. That's why GoToAssist Corporate offers a number of customization options.
Customization options include:

- Branded Customer Entry Site: Make your company logo the first thing your customers see when they enter a GoToAssist Corporate support session.
- Web Site Button: Further reinforce your brand by enabling customers to enter a GoToAssist Corporate support session by clicking a button on your own Web site.
- Multiple Connection Methods: Receive and queue online support requests, escalate phone support calls to Web-based sessions or enable both options.
- Integration: Integrate GoToAssist Corporate with your existing infrastructure using our Web services APIs and the Data Replicator, an out-of-the-box integration package.
- Customer Surveys: Create your own survey questions to get the specific feedback you need.
- Customer Data Fields: Increase your reporting capability by requiring customers to enter their name and email address when they join a support session.
- Remote Diagnostics: Get customized remote diagnostics for text files, program or file versions, registry keys/trees and more.
- Language Localization: Sixteen language options are currently available: Chinese-Simplified, Chinese-Traditional, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Portuguese-Brazilian, Spanish and Swedish.
