VoIP Audio information is provided in the GoToWebinar Control Panel when you have joined the session. By default, audio is set to Use Mic & Speakers (or VoIP) and you will be joined muted. You need speakers to hear and a microphone to speak (a USB headset is recommended.) |

Telephone Audio information is provided in the GoToWebinar Control Panel when you have joined the session. By default, audio is set to Use Mic & Speakers. To join using the telephone, select Use Telephone in the Audio Pane of your Control Panel; the telephone number and access code will then be listed. Dial the number, enter the access code and your Audio PIN. You will be joined muted by default. |
