If you do not have a current GoToAssist account, first create your free GoToAssist mobile account, then download the iPad app. With the free mobile plan, you can deliver unlimited live support from your iPad, but it doesn't include access to unattended computers, administration center, in-session chat, notes, session reporting or session transfer.
