CRM Integration

This remote session integration automatically stores GoToAssist Corporate session data, such as survey results, chat transcripts, representative and customer information and session recordings, in your own support applications, such as CRM systems and Salesforce.

  • Launch new GoToAssist Corporate sessions from your tickets or open new tickets in response to incoming support requests.
  • Store GoToAssist Corporate session information in your CRM tool – in polling intervals, on demand or on a scheduled basis.
  • View survey results and chat transcripts; replay session recordings; and analyze remote diagnostics captured during the session directly from your tickets.

Data Replicator

With the new GoToAssist Corporate Data Replicator, you can automatically pull all session data and download it to your own local Microsoft SQL Server database. Session information, such as survey results, chat transcripts, representative and customer information and session recordings, can be captured in polling intervals or through scheduled bulk polling. Session recordings can be simultaneously stored in local directories and replayed with the provided local Java player.

The Data Replicator consists of two user-friendly tools:
  • Session viewer
  • Provides an interface to review the locally stored session recordings, chat transcripts and remote diagnostics.
  • Configuration manager
  • Sets up and manages all settings and profiles.
