NOTICE AND DISCLAIMER:
READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING
By clicking on the link below this notice and disclaimer, or by using any MRIS remote access service, you indicate that you have read and understand this notice and disclaimer, and you grant permission to MRIS to remotely access your desktop via MRIS remote access services. To enable remote access, you will need to download a screen-sharing plug-in to your computer. This plug-in will only be good for the current session. MRIS enhanced support using remote assistance allows our representatives to temporarily access your computer's desktop through the internet for the sole purpose of working with you to resolve your MRIS service-related support issue. With your permission and under your supervision, a MRIS representative may view your screen, share control of your mouse and keyboard with you, review your computer's configurations and/or demonstrate specific operations to assist you in using the MRIS service. As the user, you will always have overriding control of your computer, mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time. There are risks inherent in enabling any remote access to a computer. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate these risks, and to limit any access or use of your computer in a manner that is appropriate to your specific security and other needs and circumstances. Use of the remote assistance generally will be coordinated with you via a telephone connection while the online session is active. All remote assistance and any related software or applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any express or implied warranties or guarantees of any kind. Remote assistance is provided for no additional cost by MRIS as a convenience to you to enhance your support experience related to the MRIS service. MRIS shall not have any liability for any direct or indirect damages of any kind (including consequential damages), arising from or related to any remote access support, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
